Question
My 6 yr old daughter is having a hard time having a bowel movement. Is seems sticky and hard to clean off when she does have a small amount. She is to the point that she is holding it in. I have given her Prune Juice but a few days later she had uncontrollable diarrhea and then right back to the same sticky stool. I have tried changing her diet and not sure what to do now
Answer
Get a stool examination and rule out an intestinal infection such as amoebiasis or giardiasis. Back to All Questions
