Question
I got dengue fever that was a bit severe last January. After several treatments and hospitalization, I relatively returned to normal. But my problem is for the past two weeks I have been experience unusual tiresome that leads to some symptoms of fever. This worries me! What is it and what can I do?
Answer
Dengue fever does leave behind this fatigue and malaise that may last for a long time in view of the muscle pain and bone pain. You need to eat regular nutritious food at proper meal times. It may take some time but you will definitely come out of it. Also take some multivitamin supplementation to ensure good energy. Think positive and be positive!
