Not sure if I can post this question here. But here it is anyways... We have a baby boy and today, my wife today mentioned that she has a lump on her breast and that it has been around from the day she started her feeding (4 months ago), but it is more prominent now. I have a 10 month old baby girl and have been weaning her from my breast for a couple of months. I gradually took away feedings until I was only nursing in the morning and at night. I decided to wean her completely yesterday, and my breasts are becoming engorged. I thought because I have done this gradually I wouldn't have the engorgement.
