My daughter has a cold for about a week. Today she woke up with a very pink rash on her face. It starts at the corner of her eye, its on her cheek and down around her ear & on her neck. It is not a raised rash, it might be warm to the touch but she has a low grade fever. I'm wondering about cellulitis. Any advice on cellulitis or diagnosis would be appreciated. My 3 year old daughter gets dry skin on her fingers and toes in the spring and the fall. It doesn't bleed and it doesn't seem to cause her any discomfort. It's just alarming to see.
