Question Category : Limb Pain
My grand daughter will be 5 in July and has had 3 episodes of terrible pains in her legs and hips and knees. Sometimes she limps because she cannot walk. I am so worried since her doc suspects sinuvites. Is there a specialist I can take her to?
Question Category : Limb Pain
My 12 year old son was playing in a tennis tournament today, and began feeling pain followed by numbness from the knees down. He was not able to continue to play. He is healthy, active and of normal weight. It has slowly resolved over the last couple of hours, but he says his legs still feel "funny". Should we see a doctor about this? Could this be just "nerves"?
Question Category : Limb Pain
My son has had a persistent pain in his lower leg for about 3 weeks now. He rubs his shin, but now he says his ankle hurts. He limps occasionally and complains daily. He is 9 yrs old. Friends say it could be "growing pains". I'm just not sure. He does play sports but couldn't recall a specific injury. I'm just not sure what to do. He has a doctor's appt tomorrow. I am concerned, it's something serious. Could he have a calcium or vitamin D issue, lyme disease etc
