One of my neighbor is suffering from cystic fibrosis. Since I m a medical student I wanted to treat her. I advised her some medicine (pancreatic enzymes,vitamin - A,E,C,K ,N-acetylcysteine to thin mucus,zinc,b-carotine) but i don't know tablets name by which they are easily available in any chemist.also suggest do these medicine work, if not suggest me way.

If an infant presents to us at age of 5 months with confirmed CMV infection should we still treat him/her with ganciclovir? Which test should we order in such a patient. CMV IgM or IgG? While giving Inj. Penidure/Pencom(benzathine Penicillin) I/M for prevention of recurrence of Rheumatic fever ,the needle often gets blocked and the whole of solution can not be injected due to its high density. Even recommended amount of distilled water and using 22 Gauge needle fails to solve the problem. What is your experience and suggestion about this practical problem? sincerely Dr. J.S. CHUGH.
