Hello, I am an Internist. I have a 3 month girl that develops on and off green color(like grass color) stool ,sometimes jelly appearance and the rest normal color (yellow-brownish).She is breastfed only and has 4-5 times stool passing/day. She has on and off abdominal colic that seems to aggravate when she develops green stool. Do you think that this is a problem? Check Out the Answer

Dear sir, I am working in a primary health center. I want to know If an infant is having watery diarrhea with mild dehydration do not respond to Syp Oflox -TZ and ORS even after 5 days of treatment How should I approach these type of cases although baby take adequate ORS and breast milk but diarrhea persist but dehydration improve.
