Pediatric Oncall
A 4½ year old girl presented with recurrent episodes of projectile non bilious vomiting. She was diagnosed to have subacute intestinal obstruction. Barium meal follow through showed Segmented jejunal dilation and CT abdomen showed Jejunal dilation with pellets. What is the cause of jejunal dilatation?
Last fortnight's query of a 6 years old girl with abdominal pain, fever, vomiting, tender hepatomegaly with thrombocytopenia and anemia had several replies. Most doctors have suggested Megaloblastic anemia.
