DIAGNOSTIC DILEMMA:

This month's Diagnostic Dilemma:

Mohan Kejriwal. A 10 weeks female child presented with hepatosplenomegaly, left axillary lymphadenopathy, mass on right temple in between right eye and right ear, subcutaneous violaceous nodules fixed to skin (one on lower right back over renal angle and other on left lower back at the level of 12th rib) and a mass near right kidney 4x5 cm size with some calcification. What is the diagnosis? -
