A 20 day old boy developed respiratory distress after half an hour after birth. Antenatal USG showed polyhydramnios. Chest X-ray showed aspiration on right side. Dye study of upper GI tract showed Grade III reflux Gradual RT feedings were started but baby was not taking anything orally. Baby had aspiration on day 12 and again needed admission to NICU but was not able to suck and swallow. How to proceed further?
