DIAGNOSTIC DILEMMA

A 6 years old girl has abdominal pain, fever, vomiting, tender hepatomegaly with thrombocytopenia and anemia. What is the diagnosis?

Last fortnight's query of a 2 year old girl with hematemesis and normal investigations had several replies. The authors have replied that they advised CT angiography of abdominal vessels if she had a repeat episode of hematemesis.
