there is no need to maintain a 4 wk interval,it is only for two live vaccines
At least two weeks. It is recommended that any two live vaccines either given together or 4 weeks gap is must. But otherwise there should be gap of two weeks between any otwo other vacciness.

4 week interval is recommended only for two live viral vaccines,u can go ahead with the routine immunisation irrespective of ARV
