A 5 years old boy presented with cold for 10 days and fever at onset that lasted for 2 days. Child was treated with syrup containing paracetamol, pseudoephedrine and chlorpheneramine agents but he had no relief in the symptoms. He also used to get night time

region and mucopurulent nasal discharge. Throat and chest examination is normal. Ears are normal. Other systems are normal.
